The NBP Inc. committee has assisted with the delivery of seven Queensland Working Cattle Dog Trial Association events. The committee introduced the trials into the NBPE programme in 2019 and then in 2021 we also hosted the Queensland Working Cattle Dog Trial Championships. Over the years the trials have been very well received with many attendees taking their seats to watch the dogs and their handlers. The trials took place in 2024 in  the tremendous undercover Equestrian Centre arena which was a fantastic venue for competitors and spectators alike.

In 2024, we were excited to have this fully affiliated Working Cattle Dog Trials back in the NBPE program along with the Queensland Championships once again, making it a 3-day trial. Open Finals took place under lights on the night of the second day within a safe watching distance from the infamous Trough Bar.

We cant wait to bring this back into our program in 2026!
