The Northern Beef Producers Expo is an annual 2-day field day event that showcases the best of the Northern Beef Industry and aims to bring the latest innovations and technologies available to the Agricultural sector to the forefront of the industry.
The NBPE brings together community and those from afar to truly appreciate the industry and all it has to offer.
Entry to the event is by gold coin donation only.

About the expo
In 2024, the NBPE was in its eighth year of showcasing the best of the Northern Beef Industry and allowing the opportunity for community to come together. From humble beginnings in 2015 with a 1-day field day to a large scale Agricultural expo with 60+ trade exhibitions, Queensland Cattle Dog Trials, large Commercial Cattle Competition and so much more. How to get to the expo
Each year, the NBPE is held at the Charters Towers Saleyards and Equestrian Centre located on the Flinders Highway in Charters Towers. Approximately an 8 minute drive from the town centre towards Hughenden.
