“Steak your claim” Demonstration Series
Exciting new event component set to turn heads!
As with previous events, the organising committee aims to provide its attendees with an exciting demonstration programme, showcasing the latest and greatest technologies and innovations on offer to the beef industry.
The organising committee is very excited to launch for the first time in 2019 the ‘Steak your claim‘ demonstration series. The organising committee has carefully chosen two demonstrations, both showcasing exciting technologies and products that are highly relevant to the Northern beef industry. See details below.
mOOvement Cattle Tracking Friday 7th June 2:00PM & Saturday 8th June 4:00PM
mOOvement cattle ear-tag GPS tracking has been focusing on the track and trace of cattle since its founding in May 2017. The mOOvement ear tags allow producers to trace and track cattle over long distances with no limits to the use of the technology under extensive grazing situations.
During the mOOvement demonstration the team will highlight how the technology works from a hardware perspective including showing what grazing patterns look like for both the entire herd and individual animals.
“cattlesales.com.au” Friday 7th June 3:00PM & Saturday 8th June 3:00PM
Cattlesales.com.au was developed and is operated with grassroots industry knowledge for beef and dairy producers, livestock agents and stakeholders in the Australian cattle industry.
Cattlesales.com.au is the first website of its kind in Australia to recognise the need for online cattle advertising to be separated from the general livestock category and to provide a nationwide advertising space solely for cattle. During the demonstration the team will showcase the sales tool in full highlighting it’s benefits to Northern beef producers.
Keynote Speaker Sessions
For the very first time, the NBP Inc. is proud to present an international guest speaker to the NBPE programme!
The Northern Beef Producers Expo programme will feature two keynote speakers. Great emphasis is placed each year on the careful selection of relevant and engaging keynote speakers for the event. In the 4+ years she’s been blogging, she’s built a name for herself as a dedicated myth buster in the food industry and has been featured in Forbes as one of the most followed and reputable voices for agriculture on social media today. With over 100,000 followers, she shares her passion for agriculture everywhere she goes and loves giving a bigger voice to science in the food space, by connecting consumers to modern farmers, scientists, veterinarians etc.
She’s a farmer; an international keynote speaker, a weekly columnist with AGDAILY.com, and has proudly spoken alongside some of the biggest names in food and farming today!
